Convention headshot photography is a specialized logistical challenge, where notch photography is expected. We are used to providing headshot booth activations and event coverage at multiple Kansas City area venues in addition to many across the nation. We create an experience that's easy for attendees, valuable for sponsors, and completely seamless for the event staff.

We offer a day rate pricing structure for a headshot booth which includes the time and talent of our team, our professional lighting setup, our private digital delivery, and optional scheduling. Additional headshot booths, hair & makeup services, or general conference/event photography coverage are considered add on costs depending on the scope of the event. 

We scale  the experience based on your event size, schedule and goals.  We typically average 20-30 headshots per hour.  However our team of headshot photographers can provide multiple stations to accommodate thousands of attendees over a multi-day event.   

Respecting the time of the attendee as well as why they are there is our main concern!  We have an integrated scheduler built into our workflow which allows the guests to spend the least amount of time at our station, so they can participate in everything else offered to them at your event.  

We use a proprietary instant delivery system. Within minutes of their session, they  will receive a gallery link via text and/or email.  This takes image delivery out of your hands provides immediate and effortless access which adds to their overall experience and perceived value.

Absolutely and we highly encourage it! In fact, it is one of the highest value activations in the conference/convention industry.  We can fully customize the attendee experience with sponsor branding, including  branded digital graphics in the guests' galleries, branded delivery emails, and lead capture integration to maximize the sponsor's ROI.

This depends on your event goals.  Some planners prefer an open flow experience, while others choose a more structured approach.  We will guide you toward the best fit based on your audience and schedule.

Yes.  Our team can also provide dedicated coverage of keynote speakers, breakout sessions, awards ceremonies, and social hours.  We have a team of additional photographers to hire if needed.  

For sponsored activations, we offer lead generation data captured from those who visit our headshot booth to use for followup post convention.  

Yes, while we are based in the Kansas City Metro area, we work with events both locally and nationwide.  Travel and logistics are coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless experience regardless of the location.  

Our goal is to have a headshot booth with a minimal footprint with maximum impact.  We typically  operate within a standard amount of space and utilize power configurations that work within most venue constraints.  A detailed Technical Logistics sheet is provided upon booking to coordinate seamlessly with your event venue space.
